Experience: Minimum 25 years
Age: Below 55 Years
Major Work and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Fermentation and relevant Utilities.
- Exposure on technology transfer from lab to pilot & commercial scale.
- Efficient management of Plant Operations including Men, Material & Machine management in order achieve the best operational efficiency of the Plant.
- Ensuring the Productivity, Quality & Dispatches round the clock.
- Ensure that the safety norms are followed & equipment are used as per the Standard Operating Procedures by each of the team members.
